Hey there! My name is Melinda. I am married to a Childrens and Family Pastor, we have 3 boys and I am a bookkeeper for a law firm. . Don’t be deceived by my our blog name – our home isn’t always ‘joyful’. We have gone through some pretty tough times and we are sinners like everyone else. But what I’m learning and what I like to write about is that joyful homes are homes that trust God – no matter what. I love encouraging mamas like you to fix your eyes on Jesus in the midst of the parenting journey. This is hard work and we need Him!
